How to Use the Video Player

The video player is a simple and intuitive tool designed to provide essential playback controls.

Video Player Features

1. Play/Pause 

The Play button starts the video playback. When the video is playing, this button toggles to Pause, allowing you to temporarily stop playback.

2. Duration Display

Shows the current playback time and the total video length, making it easy to track progress.

3. Volume Control

Allows you to toggle the sound on or off. Click the Speaker Icon to mute or unmute the audio.

4. Full Screen

Expand the video player to full screen. To exit full-screen mode, press the Esc key or click the icon again.

5. Quick Actions Menu

• Download: Save the video to your device (Not available for live video)

• Playback Speed: Adjust the video’s playback speed to slow it down or speed it up (Not available for live video)

  

  Note
  The Download and Playback Speed options are not available during live video streaming
• Picture-in-Picture Mode: Display the video in a movable, resizable window, allowing you to multitask while keeping the video in view
• Rotation: Rotate the camera feed in 90° increments to correct for the physical mounting orientation of the camera. Click the Rotation icon in the video player to cycle through available rotation options.
• Flip Horizontal: Mirror the camera feed horizontally to correct for cameras mounted in reverse. Click the Flip Horizontal icon in the video player to toggle the mirror view on or off.

Note
Rotation and Flip Horizontal settings adjusted in the video player apply to the current viewing session only. To set a permanent orientation for a camera, update the camera configuration in the vehicle's Camera tab in Asset Configuration.
