How to Check In
- Start the vehicle. If you forget to scan before turning on the ignition, the system will remind you by playing an audio prompt: “Please sign in.”
- Hold your QR code in front of the driver-facing camera.
- Wait for the beep. A short tone will play to confirm that your QR code was scanned successfully. Once scanned, you are officially checked in.
How to Check Out
You don’t need to do anything to check out — the system handles it automatically.
When you turn off the vehicle (ignition off), your check-in is cleared. This means you’ll need to scan your QR code again the next time you start the vehicle.
Note
If you stop and restart the vehicle during the day, you must scan your
QR code each time the engine is started.
Where to Get Your QR Code
If you don’t have your QR code yet, ask your fleet manager to send it to you. They can email it, message it, or print it for you to keep in the vehicle.
Tip
You can store the QR code on your phone or carry a printed version — either
works!
