The Health page provides a centralized view of all devices in your fleet and their current health status. This page enables fleet managers to monitor device connectivity, performance, and any issues that may require attention.

Device Health Data Table
The table displays all device health data across the fleet, allowing you to efficiently organize and access detailed information. It supports downloading, sorting, filtering, resizing columns, and other customization options. For a complete guide, refer to the article How to Use Table Options.
The table includes the following columns, each providing specific device health information:

Device Health Status Definitions
- Healthy - All key metrics are within normal operating range. No action is required.
- Unhealthy - One or more issues are affecting device performance.
- Unknown - No recent update received from the device, or no health information is available.
Conditions That Trigger an Unhealthy Status
A device is marked Unhealthy if any of the following conditions are true:
- Low Battery Voltage – Vehicle battery voltage is below 11.5V
- Camera Requires Calibration – Either road-facing or cabin-facing camera reports calibration issues
Possible Health Issues
If the device is Unhealthy, you’ll see specific details explaining why. These may include:
- Low Battery – The vehicle’s power supply may be insufficient to support the device.
- Camera Calibration Warnings:
- Camera obstructed – Physical blockage detected.
- Adjustment required – Alignment needs to be fine-tuned.
- Remount suggested – Repositioning the camera is advised.
- Remount required – Critical misalignment; the camera must be reinstalled.

How to Use the Fleet Health Page
1. Identifying Device Status
The Status column provides a quick overview of the health of each device, allowing you to prioritize troubleshooting. Focus on devices marked as Unhealthy or Unknown to address potential issues promptly.
2. Tracking Connectivity
The Last Connected, Mobile Status, and GPS Status columns offer real-time insights into device connectivity and location tracking capabilities. Use these columns to ensure devices remain operational and data is accurately recorded.
3. Managing Open Issues
The Issues column highlights any unresolved problems linked to a device. Clicking on the Details option allows you to dive deeper into specific issues and their resolutions.
