The Maintenance page is your fleet’s central hub for managing preventive maintenance activities. It provides complete visibility into scheduled service rules, upcoming maintenance tasks, and historical service records. From this page, fleet managers can configure recurring service intervals, track what’s due next, log completed services, and ensure vehicles stay compliant with maintenance plans, all in one place.

Available actions:
-
Mark as Serviced - Use this option to log a completed maintenance task and update the associated schedule. This ensures the system accurately reflects the last service event and allows us to calculate the next due interval based on your configured rules. Open the Mark as Serviced dialog by clicking the three-dot menu next to the service entry. In the dialog, enter the date, and the mileage at which the service was completed. You can also add notes to provide context and upload images as proof of service (e.g., receipts, service records, or inspection photos).

Note
You’ll only need to enter values for the intervals used in the schedule. This keeps the schedule accurate and helps calculate the next due service.
Note
Mark services as completed to keep schedules accurate. The entered data helps calculate the next due service and is saved in the History tab for tracking.
