This guide outlines exactly what an installer user will experience when logging into the RoadEazy fleet portal. Installer accounts are highly restricted and designed solely for completing hardware installations through the Installation Wizard.
Installer User Experience
- Login - When an installer logs in, they will not see the main fleet portal or dashboard.
- Fleet Selection Page - The installer will be redirected to a dedicated page listing fleets they are assigned to.
Note
Only fleets where the installer has been added as a user will appear. Fleets the installer is not associated with are completely hidden.
- Installation Wizard - After selecting a fleet, the installer is taken directly to the Installation Wizard. The wizard guides them through device setup, connection checks, and installation confirmation.

- Launch and complete the Installation Wizard
