How many auxiliary cameras can I connect to a single vehicle?
You can connect up to four auxiliary cameras per vehicle using a powered USB hub. If using a non-powered USB hub, the system supports up to two cameras.
Note
Cameras will not function without a USB hub — direct connection to the
RZ1 is not supported.
Is an SD card required?
Yes. An SD card must be inserted into the RZ1 Hub to record and store auxiliary camera footage.
Where can I mount the auxiliary cameras?
Cameras can be mounted on side panels, rear bumpers, cabin interiors, or cargo areas, depending on your needs. Use screws for permanent mounting. The Rectangle Camera can also be secured with heavy-duty zip ties.
Do the cameras require external power?
No. Power is supplied directly through the USB connection to the RZ1.
