The Driver Safety Program works with a defined set of driving behaviors. Only behaviors in the categories below can be coached, scored, or recognized.
Every other event type the platform records is still available to view in Library > Events, which lists all events. Those events simply never create a coaching task and never affect a driver's Safety Score.
Coachable Categories
Coachable behaviors fall into four categories:

Harsh Driving – how the vehicle is being driven, derived from vehicle motion and telemetry. Braking, acceleration, cornering, following distance, and speed all sit here.

Distracted Driving – what the driver is doing in the cab, identified by the AI* on the camera.

Incidents – collisions and near collisions.

ADAS – hazards and road conditions identified from the road-facing view.
The behaviors available to your account depend on your camera model and subscription. For the current list, open Settings > Coaching Workflow, which shows one row per behavior your devices support.
Behaviors Not Included
The following event types are recorded by the platform but are never treated as coachable driving behavior, because they describe device state, vehicle diagnostics, or the environment rather than an action taken by the driver:

Sent as a notification only. It is never turned into a coaching task and does not affect the Safety Score. |
| Collision |
Creates an event from a single detection, with no detection window and no snooze period. Collision events are routed to the Collisions queue rather than Due for Coaching. |
| Fatigue |
Coachable, but uses its own detection thresholds by default. |
