Vehicle Activity Report

The Vehicle Activity Report summarizes the overall activity of each vehicle in your fleet within a selected date range.

Vehicle Activity Details 

The table displays all vehicle's activity, allowing you to efficiently organize and access the details. It supports downloading, sorting, filtering, resizing columns, and other customization options. For a complete guide, read the article How to Use Table Options.

The table includes the following columns, each providing specific vehicle activity information:

Vehicle Name The name of the vehicle
Total Distance The distance traveled by the vehicle in miles during the selected period
Total Time The total time the vehicle was actively driven
Number of Stops The total number of stops made by the vehicle
Idling Time The total time the vehicle was idling while powered on

Filtering

  • Use the Date Picker to select a different date range. The default date range is Today. For more details on using the Date Picker, read the article How to Use the Date Picker.
  • Use the Tag Filter to narrow down the table to display only trips associated with specific tags.

  • Use the Timezone Filter to select how timestamps are displayed and how data is fetched based on the selected timezone.

    The available options are:

    • Fleet Timezone – Defined in the fleet settings. For more details, read the article Fleet Settings.

    • Local Timezone – Your local timezone.
