Vehicle Idling Event Report – RoadEazy

The Vehicle Idling Event Report provides an aggregated overview of idling events per vehicle over a selected date range. This report helps fleet managers assess idling trends across the fleet and prioritize actions.

Vehicle Idling Events Details

The table displays vehicles idling events activity, allowing you to efficiently organize and access the details. It supports downloading, sorting, filtering, resizing columns, and other customization options. For a complete guide, read the article How to Use Table Options.

The table includes the following columns, each providing specific vehicle idling information:

Vehicle Name	The name of the vehicle
Total Idle Duration	The cumulative time the vehicle spent idling during the selected period
Total Idle Events	The total number of idling events recorded for the vehicle during the selected period

Filtering

Use the Date Picker to select a different date range. The default date range is Today. For more details on using the Date Picker, read the article How to Use the Date Picker.
Use the Tag Filter to narrow down the table to display only trips associated with specific tags.
Use the Timezone Filter to select how timestamps are displayed and how data is fetched based on the selected timezone.

The available options are:
- Fleet Timezone – Defined in the fleet settings. For more details, read the article Fleet Settings.
- Local Timezone – Your local timezone.
