Vehicle Idling Event Report

The Vehicle Idling Event Report provides an aggregated overview of idling events per vehicle over a selected date range. This report helps fleet managers assess idling trends across the fleet and prioritize actions.

Vehicle Idling Events Details 

The table displays idling activity by vehicle, allowing you to efficiently organize and access the details. It supports downloading, sorting, filtering, resizing columns, and other customization options. For a complete guide, read the article How to Use Tables in the App.

The table includes the following columns, each providing specific vehicle idling information:

Vehicle Name The name of the vehicle
Total Idle Duration The cumulative time the vehicle spent idling during the selected period
Total Idle Events The total number of idling events recorded for the vehicle during the selected period
Date Range The selected date range for the report.
Tags The tags associated with the vehicle. Tags can be added and managed in the Settings Page. For more details, refer to the article Tags Settings.

Filtering

  • Use the Timezone Filter to select how timestamps are displayed and how data is fetched based on the selected timezone.

    The available options are:

    • Fleet Timezone – Defined in the fleet settings. For more details, read the article Fleet Settings.

    • Local Timezone – Your local timezone.

Refresher Widget

Keep your data up to date by using the Refresher Widget. This allows you to reload the table data so you're always viewing the latest information. To learn more, read the article How to Set the Refresher Widget.

Save time by using the Custom Report Widget to store report configurations with your selected filters, columns, sorting, and grouping.
