The Coaching page is a dedicated workspace for fleet managers to track, manage, and follow up on safety-related events that require driver coaching. It provides a clear, driver-centric view of coaching needs, making it easier to ensure accountability and support driver improvement over time.

Coaching Details
The page features a table displaying a row for each driver who has at least one safety event marked as Needs Coaching. Each row includes:
| Driver |
The driver’s name |
| Coaching Events |
A count of coaching events associated with the driver |

Quick Action Menu

Review a Coaching

Opens a dialog box showing all of their safety events currently marked as Needs Coaching.
For each event, fleet managers can:
- Review event details, including vehicle name, IMEI number, date and time of the event, location/address, any available media (e.g., video clips or snapshots)
- Update the Event Status - Change the status of a coaching event to track its progress - mark it as Needs Coaching, Coached, or Dismissed. This helps keep your coaching workflow organized and up to date.
-
Comments - The Comments feature allows you to add, edit, and delete your own notes on coaching events. Comments can be used for internal follow-up, collaboration with other team members, or to leave feedback for the driver. You’ll see a comment box on each coaching event. Once submitted, your comment will appear with your name and timestamp. You can always go back and edit or delete your own comments if needed.
Tip
Use comments to document coaching decisions, track pending actions, or leave a clear message for the driver to review during a coaching session.
