How to Use the Vehicle Proximity Search July 21, 2026 02:23 Updated The Vehicle Proximity Search allows you to search for vehicles within a defined radius of a specific address. You can search in real time* to see which vehicles are currently within the area, or search historically to see which vehicles visited the area during a selected time period.Using Live Proximity SearchNavigate to Map View in the Fleet Portal. Click the Proximity Search icon. Select Live. Enter the address you want to search around. Set the desired radius using the (⋯) menu.The map will display all vehicles currently within the defined radius. A list of matching vehicles will appear, showing each vehicle's distance from the address Note Distance is displayed as a straight-line (air line) measurement from the searched address. To export this list, click the (⋯) menu and select ExportUsing Historical Proximity SearchNavigate to Map View in the Fleet Portal. Click the Proximity Search icon. Select Historical. Enter the address you want to search around. Set the desired radius using the (⋯) menu.Set the starting date and timeSet the duration The map will display all vehicles that visited the defined radius during the requested time period.A list of matching vehicles will appear, showing the closest point each vehicle reached relative to the address during that period.
