New: Snapshot Attachment for Alerts
Alerts can now be configured to automatically capture a snapshot from the RoadEazy camera at the moment they are triggered. This provides managers with immediate visual context for the alert, reducing the need for manual video requests.

Note
This feature does not apply to safety-related alerts. To configure media capture for safety events, refer to Understanding Safety Events.
